This endpoint does not belong to the priority lane. Do not use it within your ticket sales flow.

There's no specific call to list seasons. Just use the call to list events. You'll get a list containing a mix of regular events and seasons.

For seasons, the events and partialSeasonKeys properties won't be present. You'll need to retrieve the individual season for that.
