The ticket buyer identifier.

This property is only relevant if the ticket buyer ID feature is enabled for your workspace or company account.

If the feature is enabled, you must provide a valid UUID here, and it must be present in the list of ticket buyer IDs for your company.

If it's missing or invalid:

  • The calls to create a hold token, hold seats, or release holds will fail.
  • As a result, the seating chart will fail to render.
