Indicates the type of wheelchair space for an accessible seat. Only set when object.accessible is true.

Possible values:

• 'WHEELCHAIR_ACCESSIBLE_SEAT' - a wheelchair-accessible space with a fixed seat in place
• 'WHEELCHAIR_SPACE' - a wheelchair space without a seat in place
• undefined - not specified, or seat is not accessible
